As part of our commitment to continually enhance our services and align them with the needs of our customers, StayFi is implementing important updates to our pricing and service offerings, effective January 1, 2024. These changes aim to improve the quality of our services, offer new opportunities for our customers to generate revenue, and make it easier to generate more repeat, direct bookings.
Lower Email Marketing Pricing
We are lowering the cost for StayFi’s email marketing tool, making it easier to start with setting up email automations and campaigns.
We are making email marketing free for up to 200 contacts and are reducing the cost for 201-500 contacts by 50% to $7.50/month.
Here are the revised email marketing pricing tiers:
- 1-200 Contacts: Reduced from $15.00 to $0.00.
- 201-500 Contacts: Reduced from $15.00 to $7.50.
- 501-750 Contacts: Reduced from $25.00 to $15.00.
- 751-1,000 Contacts: Reduced from $25.00 to $20.00.
- 1,001-1,500 Contacts: Reduced from $35.00 to $30.00.
- 1,501-2,500 Contacts: Reduced from $55.00 to $50.00.
- 2,501-5,000 Contacts: Reduced from $75.00 to $70.00.
- 5,001-7,500 Contacts: Reduced from $95.00 to $90.00.
- Lower prices on subsequent tiers
Note: To be eligible for the lower prices, you must either have a PMS connected to your StayFi account or have at least 1 WiFi access point active.
Enhanced Customer Support Hours
In January, we will extend our customer service availability from 5 to 7 days a week. We recognize that adding weekend coverage is a must-have for many customers, and we will have a US-based customer support specialist available to assist 7 days/week.
Upgraded WiFi Experience to Boost Ancillary Revenue
In January, we will be introducing a new WiFi experience for guests called the Home Page designed to increase ancillary revenue and brand awareness. When logging into WiFi, guests will be presented with a page (think linktree) where you can present multiple links (guidebook, store, re-booking, social media, etc.) This page will also be available to send automatically via text and email, in addition to being accessible by QR code.
We will launch our new WiFi experience Home Page with two partners that you can use to increase ancillary guest revenue:
- The Host Co: Through our partnership with The Host Co, StayFi customers will have access to an exclusive free store for each listing. In addition to being able to sell your own services/goods & early/late-checkout, The Host Co also has a curated network of local service providers that will be added to your stores automatically based on your rental’s location. Host Co stores can generate hundreds or even thousands of dollars in additional revenue each month.
- Viator: We’ve partnered with Viator (viator.com) to allow you to offer tours, experiences, and tickets for attractions to your guests. This integration is a powerful tool to further maximize your revenue through value-added guest experiences as you will get a commission for each sale.
Revised WiFi Subscription Pricing
To support these service enhancements, our WiFi subscription pricing is being updated.
For many customers that are using StayFi Email, their total monthly bill will actually be lower. For instance, an account with 2 Access Points and 200 email contacts will go from paying $32/month to $24/month.
For larger customers, our email pricing is substantially lower than other comparable tools like Mailchimp, Constant Contact, Active Campaign etc. While WiFi pricing is going up, there are opportunities to save on your total monthly WiFi & email marketing bill by transitioning to StayFi Email.
Here are the revised WiFi marketing pricing tiers:
- 1 Active AP: Increased from $10.00 to $15.00.
- 2-4 Active APs: Increased from $8.50 to $12.00.
- 5-9 Active APs: Increased from $8.00 to $10.00.
- 10-14 Active APs: Increased from $7.50 to $9.50.
- 15-19 Active APs: Increased from $7.50 to $9.00.
- 20-24 Active APs: Increased from $7.00 to $8.50.
- 25-29 Active APs: Increased from $7.00 to $8.00.
- 30-49 Active APs: Increased from $6.50 to $7.50.
- 50-74 Active APs: Increased from $6.00 to $7.00.
- 75-99 Active APs: Increased from $6.00 to $6.50.
- 100-149 Active APs: Increased from $5.50 to $6.00.
- 150-199 Active APs: Increased from $5.00 to $5.50.
- 200-299 Active APs: Increased from $4.50 to $5.00.
- 300-499 Active APs: Increased from $4.00 to $4.50.
- 500+ Active APs: Custom Pricing
