Pros

  • Very positive and professional – from sales, to onboarding, to post-launch to all the support from the team. I want to thank the team for the best combo of holding our hand and pushing us to ensure we transitioned in the timeframes needed.

  • Customer service online has been great – very responsive and generally helpful. Value for money is actually quite reasonable once you get over having to pay at all, you can see the value.

  • Really nice platform that can synchronize all the data from the top vacation rental sites. The onboarding is quite involved but luckily they provide you with an expert that sets all the backend rules and default settings for you while showing you around.

  • All the system of Lodgify is clear, logical, quick to operate. Everything is logically placed where it should be (and this is important, it saves time and nerves).

Cons

  • There are a few features we hope to see come more quickly in the roadmap, including support for sms/text messaging (this is how most folks prefer communicating) and some additional options on payment policies.

  • Lodgify could improve the CRM software to enable marketing to past customers and inquiries.

  • The single calendar view can use some optimizations (the multi-calendar view is perfect). But they already told me they were looking into this and that there will be an update soon.

  • Would prefer other more cost-effective payment options for client payments.
