Pros

  • It’s impressive because I’m a small fish on the scale of clients/revenue. Willingness to take requests and work on solutions that aren’t yet available in the core software currently.
  • Stephan from the head of the company is always very quick to respond and just super helpful with even with things that would be more of a responsibility of a third party to help you with.
  • The Orbirental software is simple, intuitive and easy to use. Stephan and the team are great to work with and they are always innovating on new services and product, great stuff.
  • The fields correlate beautifully with the data we need to enter and we really appreciate the option to default addresses to our own country. I highly recommend Orbirental for accommodation providers.

Cons

  • Disputes have been challenging, so I would recommend getting things in writing if there are errors.
  • I would avoid it unless you know and can explain exactly what features you would need, and ask very specific questions whether Hostfully provides it.
  • I am worried I won’t be able to obtain a refund as there is very limited customer support.
  • I received two charges because apparently, I upgraded my account by asking to see a feature not visible on the trial account, and which was activated, but not by me.
