Pros

  • Hospitable is user friendly. I am new at this industry and was not formally trained on Hospitable. I was able to figure out the website pretty easily. That is helpful when you have many tasks going on at the same time.
  • No lies here, Hospitable has been a game changer for us. We came from another platform that was troublesome and kept getting double bookings.
  • Hospitable is excellent software for our for short term rentals. It has automated a lot of the routine work such as checkin and questions from guests on basic stuff. For us it’s like another employee in the business.
  • Hospitable has made managing my multiple short term rentals a whole lot easier.

Cons

  • Only issue I’ve had was the scheduling of a ‘bad review’. I had it all ready to go, but it failed to submit to Airbnb for some reason.
  • Their system sometimes made conversations awkward, because when potential guests asked questions and it pretends you are really answering and ignoring their questions through the software.
  • We’ve sometimes had missing features like responding to guest reviews (automated).
  • I don’t like that there are two dashboards. It is frustrating to click on metrics or other features and be toggled to an entirely different page where I have to log in again.
