All StayFi Email Marketing customers will automatically receive access to our new Email Plus features. If you don’t want to collect more guest data and utilize our advanced Property AutoFill, you can downgrade your account to Email Essentials by following the following steps:
Access your StayFi account > Open Settings > Find “Email Marketing Plan” and click Manage > Click Downgrade at the bottom-right side > Confirm your downgrade request

To continue delivering innovative features and exceptional support, we need to adjust our pricing. Starting on February 1, you’ll see a slight increase in subscription rates across all tiers averaging 15%. This change reflects the added value we’ve brought to the platform and allows us to accelerate our efforts to build even more tools that help you drive direct bookings, boost guest engagement, and increase revenue.
