Increased Direct Bookings
Tiny Pines has experienced a 10% response rate from their very first email campaign, already resulting in 5 direct bookings using StayFi to identify existing customers with StayFi and leverage an upcoming holiday for messaging.
Increased Incremental Revenue
Tiny Pines has leveraged our branded splash pages and welcome email features to promote their online shop while on site at their properties. Guests have responded to this messaging and has resulted in increased shopping and ordering of goods, supplies, and more.
Increased Positive Reviews
Tiny Pines has been able to increase both their Airbnb reviews and their Google reviews by leveraging StayFi’s email capture and plugins to deliver retargeting campaigns that resulted in more 5-star reviews for their properties.
Caught Two Fraudulent Guest Bookings
Tiny pines was able to use StayFi’s occupancy altering feature to catch two guests who intentionally misreported the number of guests during their stay. Although the guests tried to use a back door entrance, they were still flagged via WiFi alerts.
