What exactly does StayFi Managed Email Marketing include?
We handle everything from strategy and onboarding to automation setup and ongoing campaigns. This includes lifecycle automations (WiFi welcome, post-stay, anniversary, etc.) and 2 custom campaigns per month tailored to your business.
Do I need StayFi Email Marketing to use this service?
If you aren’t already, you will need to be a StayFi Email Marketing customer to use this service.
You do not need to use StayFi WiFi Marketing, but it is highly recommended. WiFi data capture allows you to collect contact information from every guest at the property—not just the booker—which significantly increases the impact of your email campaigns over time.
While StayFi WiFi Marketing isn’t required, it’s one of the most powerful ways to grow your guest database and maximize results, since it captures contact details from every guest on the network.
How is this different from just using an email platform?
Most platforms give you the tools, but you still have to build the strategy and run campaigns. StayFi Managed Email Marketing combines the platform with a team that actually executes and optimizes your email marketing for you.
